Scavanger in the swamp

Scavangers roam in swamps and other areas where many corpses can be found. They feed on the dead not physically, but rather mentally. They are drawn to dead. Specially where battles are performed or plagues have passed. Scavangers can be found in many forms. But usually they are shaped as armored creatures with long limbs. From distance they appear to be impaled corpses. But in fact, they are the hunters of the families of the fallen. One last pain after the many sufferings.
