King Zalettan

King Zalettan, known for his mighty will, his voice making the high table tremble once he spoke. All other rulers knew to respect and fear him and his kingdom. Until the day the Curse of Greed struck him.

His greed knew no bounds. His desire to have more lands, more lives, and more souls claimed his will. It was not a matter of kingdom anymore. All he desired was more and more souls for himself. All the realms he could reach, he conquered and left in ruins. Land after land, one could see the ruin left behind by Zalettan. Piles of carcasses and soulless empty husks.

The more he consumed, the less he could find to sate himself. Years after, his greed consumed his own soul and left him as an empty husk, bound to his greed.

Now Zalettan is the king of lifeless lands, standing over his realm made of emptied skulls, with a void in his heart and unending greed that he will never satisfy.
